OTA channels on HR20-700 (Seattle area)

I have an OTA channel (45-3 KHCV DT2) that shows up in my channel list, it is uncheked of course in my OTA setting, but for some reason this channel is still showing up, and of course i have a searching for signal on it
Is there a place, or a website i could go to report this annoying bug :nono2: :mad:

Well don't you rather think it's more a bug in the HR20 than the guide info provided by Titan

I get guide info on my H20's for Charlottesville OTA stations that does not show up on my HR20's. D* can't seem to recognize this when I have pointed it out to them...their own equipment is in apparent disagreement about the data provided.
