Dish And Direct Given A Free Pass

It seems that Dish and D have been given a pass to have all there HD up and running. They do not have to be in full compliance until the year (2013). Seen the article in www.electronichouse.com . Just scroll down the left side until you come to it. Some of you are wodering what this means for you. To put it mildly this means that some parts of the nation that has Dish or D will not get there local HD's until 2013. So chances are if you are in the bottom tier for the HD local market it could possibly be 2013 until you do actually get HD locals. Go over and read the article and look and see what it is all about.
