Will I get 5.10 update?

I don't have phone line hooked up..I only use cell phone in my house. I do have broadband hookup. Just wanted to make sure I will ge the update.

Yes, at some point you will get an update (l5.10 or later). The upgrades are sent from the Satellites.

If you are lucky you will not get it.
You should watch your recordings of local channels before you get the update.
Many reports of recordinge and buffering of local channels are to garbled to watch.

Not just locals for me :rolleyes: -- all recorded content, internal HD and EHD. All buffered content. But maybe I'm just extra unlucky! :lol:
