You're right, the HOU-CHI game did look very good! Sunday night's PQ was bad. But much, much better tonight.:)


I tuned in at one point and noticed that the yankee game was on espn (rain delay), and it was the YES feed. Maybe they were using the HOU-CHI feed, which would explain the PQ diff.

You may be right. They have a game tonight (Yankees-Rangers), and on ESPN2 they have soccer (Barcelona-NY Red Bulls). Both in HD. So we can again compare/contrast the PQ on both channels. PQ for soccer on ESPN/ESPN2 in the past (before the MPEG4 transition) hasn't been good either. We'll see how it looks tonight.
