Does anyone know if Dish plans on expanding their "free" OnDemand progamming? I see a Starz On demand channel, and only has Spiderman3 available. Sure be nice if it was more "Cable like", where there's a list of like 30 programms to choose from.

I've never bought a PPV or VOD show. I noticed HD movies are $6.99, that seems high. What do SD movies cost? Is it cheaper to download movies? I just signed up with Dish, and am learning what they have (or should I say don't have).
