As I suspected. Yeah, you have the older AT-9. The 99/101/103 LNB for it is no longer generally available, and your entire dish will be replaced with one like you saw, i.e., an AU9-S Slimline. You could do all this yourself, but for an $80 service call you get the dish and then you get another re-alignment.....:)

Stew, you lost me. I believe I do have the AU9-S. Mine looks just like that one. What makes you think I have the older AT-9?

And would you agree based on the symptoms that I am experiencing that I do need a new dish/LNB?

Given the symptoms, I would agree there is a problem with the LNB. Since replacement LNBs are not readily available, I would just buy a new dish.

It's either the LNB, the embedded multiswitch in the LNB, or a bad connector at the LNB ports

Sorry, I mis-read your post. As eakes suggested, just buy a new dish and swap the LNB's. All Slimline LNB assemblies are interchangeable. You won't have to re-align anything, although you won't be able to resist tweaking it. I know I couldn't.....:)

Probably not connectors. All receivers/tuners doing the same thing, per post #3. Intermittently losing both 13V & 18V satellites/tp's, but not 13V & 18V + 22kHz ones.

New LNB installed and I'm riding the high 90's on most TP's on all birds. I hope I'm good to go for a while now. And I didn't tweak a thing as far as pointing (in fact, I'm all 99's and 100's on the 119, so I'm a happy camper).
