the station is aware of the issue they are seeing it over the air as well they believe it is at the tower and they hope they can get it fixed before the snow starts sticking at that elevation if snow starts it becomes more complicated to get up there

Have contacted both DTV and local station manager, but no resolutions.
I don't see any other complaints on this forum and am beginning to fear that it is my box (HR-21 700)
Any thoughts out there for the "High Desert."

Reno HD Locals have been out since early this morning, and the updates, as seen when one of the HD Locals is tuned to, from DirecTV are useless. What do I have to do to get a meaningful update? Like what's the cause of this, or when's your realistic ETA for getting it fixed? And at what point is it acceptable for me to start prorating my bill for Local stations, since I'm only getting half of what I pay for? The lack of communication here is really inexcusable. Rant over.
