Looks like its less than 30 miles but over two edges (antenna at 25 ft but line of sight is around 50 ft).
Signals in the -75 dBm range should be receivable with deep fringe antenna and pre-amp.
Put the antenna up 50 ft or so and RX(dBm) drops to around -50 - definitely doable.
Determine your exact lat and lon coordinates and enter them into TVFool.com.
I used 30.825361 and -83.561064.

Can't you get HD out of Tallahassee?
Yes; I get my HD out of tallahassee and albany OTA. Someone mentioned I may not get HD if I were on the eastern arc. My point was dish doesn't offer HD for my DMA so it wouldn't matter. I have the HDView360 made by antennacraft with an internal rotator. Its a great antenna.
