I have been having an ongoing problem with "On Demand" When I try to download something from, for example, Fox Reality, which is a channel I receive, I get a mesasage asking me if I want to add the channel to my package. I contacted Directv a while ago, and their response was "It's a BETA, so it's not perfect". Since it's not a BETA anymore, and I'm having the same problem on all my receivers (HR20-100 and an HR21)- --does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

I am assuming that you have the Choice Extra package or above, correct?:)
