New slimline 5 LNB dish installed this week
Equip: HR22-100 and HDVR2 (Tivo) and slimline 5 LNB dish

Problem:
1)HR22 reports problem with even transponders on 101 sat for BOTH tuners during setup
2)Signal strength is mid 90's for odd sat 101 transponders
3)Strength for even 101 sat transponders is in 50's and 60's
4)Even transponders on all other sats OK (90+)
5)Tivo unit signal strength shows same problem as HR22 on 101 Sat even transponders
6)Installer did not check signal strength on either unit during installation (did not enter house)
7)HR22 has B Band converters installed at sat inputs
8)new cable run from Dish to Tivo (<15ft) appears to rule out cabling as issue
9)All cables are RG6. All new connectors.

Suspect bad 101 sat LNB or multiswitch on new sat dish.
I would like advice on what trouble shooting steps to take next and how to best request help from DTV once we narrow things down.

thanks in advance.
