Does anyone have a good suggestion on how to turn a USB Flash drive, into a bootable device?

I have seen a few sites, that have the steps.
But most of them require a floppy drive, which I don't have.

Just looking for a simple image or something, so I can get a spare USB Drive setup as a DOS bootable drive.

Method 2 or 5 on this list should work for you if you don't have a floppy
