I'm on hold with Tech Support.. been holding for 15 minutes now..

It's 1:30am on Saturday night. How busy are they?

Or is there just one person working tonight?

There is a lot less staffing at 1:30 am.

What's the problem you're having?

Agreed, you would have better luck here at all hours.

Ended up getting helped about 5 minutes after posting. I had changed my package online to Premiere, but it didn't add HD Access, so those dropped off. She fixed it and I was good to go.

I've had success calling DirecTV before 7 am Pacific time.

I canceled my D11 box last week in about two minutes total time. Bedroom set is now hooked up to a TV converter box with about 50 digital channels available in LA area.

They still want the D11 box back. I'm waiting for the FedEx box CSR said they'd be sending.
