Difference in tuner 1 and 2 readings.

I have a hr21-100 and I have noticed that the signal between tuner 1 and 2 is significantly different on some satellites. Anyone have any ideas?

No issue with reception or recording. Software issue?

how much of a difference is there??? on my DVR's my tuners have varied anywere from 3-5% i have been told that is normal...

My Setup

Slimline 3-LNB Dish
WB68 Muti-Switch
Living Room: R16-300
Master Bedroom: D12-500
Kids Bedroom: D12-500
