Can anyone else take a quick listen to 818 and confirm that you too are hearing the audio going in/out of phase, or at least sounding 'hollow'? It has been that way since Sunday. That same channel sounds normal in the car....

The same thing happened to several of the xm channels when xm/sirius merged. I'm sure they will fix them in a couple of days.

I admire your patience, but, if it were me, I'd call several times. Squeaking wheel and all that... :(

there isnt enough grease in all of italy....i mentioned to them 4 times already about channel 814 "the highway" still being named "highway 16" on the banner title but evidently it hasnt helped.

edit: i could sure go for a pepperoni pizza now.

Maybe you didn't convince them of the importance of this being correct...which I must admit, I don't see the importance, either.

Equipment includes a buncha stuff that I no longer have interest in detailing

a) i call them
B) they tell me im a "valued" customer
c) i tell them they have something wrong on the channel banner
d) i tell them ive called about this before & its still not corrected
e) i tell them if im such a "valued" customer u think they would listen to me
f) they say they will check it out
g) i want it corrected....why have channel names on any channels then if it doesnt matter if its wrong

edit:
h) they have fixed things ive called out before so i keep trying

The CSRs are not in control of these things, realize that. You are just bugging people which are just passing on the complaints to other departments which work to prioritize issues and get things sorted in a procedural way (with millions of subs, they cannot just change things willy nilly).

Its not like the CSRs pull up their computer screen and can change the channel name on the spot or fix whatever problem is causing the out of phase sound.
