On Dec.17 ~08. I payed a $25.00 reconnect fee plus two months of AT100 +
$169 for NHL CI(the whole season) + 2 months of NBA LP witch comes to
$379.98.The other day I get a bill for $409.89 in the mail for 2 months for
America`s Everything Pak + Multi Sports Pak + the Program Guide(I never
ask for any of these).Also the bill said if I don`t pay the $409.89 my service
would be turned off.I already payed 2 months.This morning my service was
turn off.They won`t turn it back on unless I pay the $409.89.I already pay 2
months back on Dec 17. 2 months is not up until Tuesday.CRS & the Super.
will not do anything.I`m not paying the $409.89 I`ll go to Directv.I have not
got Febs. bill yet.The bill I got was an overdue notice.

I am not sure I am following your rant, so are you saying that the overdue notice was the first notice that something was amiss or did you ignore any previous ones?

The first bill for DISH is a 2 month bill so you are always paid a month in advance if you haven't paid your bill they aren't ripping you off you are currently in arrears. You do have a problem with the programming package but you're still late on your payment, With a $25 reconnect fee you shoul have been a previous customer and aware of DISH's billing policy unless that is why you were a previous customer.

Let's see, you had AEP since December 17. You didn't realize this? Why didn't you call them to inform them that you had more channels than you ordered? Or was the thought at the time, "Screw it, maybe they don't know"...

Non Pay Disconnects::::

Any time there is a NPD and it (the work order) on the account has been closed, meaning it was actually processed and went through (your services were cut off, no tv), there is a $25 restart fee and the first two months of services are required to restart the acct under most circumstances.

It's very hard to understand what is going on with your account without taking a look at it myself, plus it's quite confusing trying to read your post. Wish I could be of further assistance...

Hmm, you figured you would have noticed.... 100 sounds nothing like EVERYTHING. I find it kind of hard to think that you didnt realize you had 300+ some channels. Also... adding the program guide is actually a pain. It is not something that can be done accidentally at all. Literally, there is no way. So either someone mentioned they wanted it, or the csr spent extra of his time to go somewhere else in his applications and added the guide on...
