I downloaded the program yesterday and installed it. I downloaded a free sample to test. The sample downloaded fine and will play on my computer. I can not get it to play on my TV using media center. It shows the sample but when I try to play it, I get the following error message:

"The video will not play because there are video files missing or not operating correctly. Restart the pc or Windows Media Center."

I have restarted both many times. I have re-downloaded the sample. I have deleted the Unbox program and downloaded it again.

I use my Media Center to watch recorded TV shows on my HDTV. So I know it works. Anyone have any ideas?
If it won't fit force it.
If it breaks it needed replacing anyway.
