I do hope your requests get answered. I agree that video levels on the standard def channels need some work.

I am really discouraged at the complete lack of response from D* about this issue. There may be some technical reason why this is not easily possible, although I don't believe there is. But for the individuals I have contacted not to respond at all is piss poor.

D* claims they are better than cable, and in some ways they still are, yet the gap is closing quickly.

I'll give things a little more time. If there is no action soon I will be sending a return receipt requested snail main to the CEO of D*. I have a feeling that a few folks at D* are guna feel the heat after that letter is sent.
