I was wondering if the free premiums I'm getting for the 1st 3 months should be available on the HD channels. Because I'm getting hbo and starz for 3 months plus showtime for a year but the hd channels are greyed out. The hbohd, showhd and tmchd are not available to me.

And I am subscribed the hd access package.

DirecTV needs to reauthorize your access card.
DirecTV since '96, Waivers for ABC, CBS, NBC, & Fox, HR23-700 & HR24-500/AM21, using ethernet based MRV.
