Copying from DVR to DVD

Is there an easy way for me to copy a program (basketball game) from my DVR (722) to DVD - or VHS?

yes. just hook up either rca cables or composite cables fro the dvr output connections to the input connections of the vcr or dvd recorder.the dvd recorder or vcr needs its ouput connections to the tv so you can see whats going on.

Or, better yet, use S-video dvr to dvd recorder.
