Since it costs 2.4¢ to produce a penny, my 2¢ worth is really 4.8¢ worth.  That 4.8¢ is my own and not the 4.8¢ of DIRECTV, Dish, or anyone else for that matter.

Sweet, I'm looking forward to getting back to those good old graphics instead of these lame ones we have today.

Back in the early 80s I programmed and operated the Omni-Com BBS,back then we used ASCII character codes for the menu page graphics.

Things sure have come along ways since the early days.:)

The logo reminds me of the video game console "Intellivision". I loved playing the baseball game. In the robotic voice: "You're out"

Opinions expressed by me are my own and do not necessarily reflect
those of DBSTalk.com, DIRECTV, DISH, The Signal Group, or any other company.

The ringtone on my BlackBerry Storm is the "theme song" if you will from Snafu ...

It's a pretty rare person who picks up on what it is ... but if you had an Intellivision, it's immediately recognizable!

My first modem was a 300 that someone gave me. I used it for about 3 weeks until I bought a 1200bps.

That logo definitly reminds me of those days using dialup, with kermit and DataCom....I don't miss them at all.
