I thought I read --- I believe it was on the MLB channel website --- that if a game was blacked out in one's area, in my case San Francisco, that immediately following the end of the game it would then become available for viewing. For instance as a Cardinal fan, were I to attempt to watch any of the 130 broadcasts on FOX MW they will be blocked out...this has been the case for me as a Dish Network subscriber.

I am referring however to this being something available on Direct TV as they carry the MLB channel. I know I read this info on MLB's schedule at the bottom of that page...just can't relocate that info. Anyone know?

First I've heard of this idea but I like it. This would be great if the blackout only applies to live and allows same day replays.
