Can a customer get NFL Sunday ticket if they only have D12's or would they have to pay for HD access package?

You COULD still pay for NFL Superfan if your dumb and want to give away free money to companies, but you don't have to ;)

Otherwise, no. NFL Superfan is only there if you want HD.

D12s will work fine. Most if not all DirecTv receivers should work also.

A customer asked me if they could get it with out going to HD access-I'm not sure because I thought I heard somewhere you could only get it if you had HD access and they don't with only D12's They do have a slimline dish tho. Dish was mounted on house they moved into.

Could you please clarify.

Are you asking about Sunday Ticket in general or Sunday Ticket + Superfan?

There is no real hardware requirement for ST. The superfan is mainly geared towards more HD offerings but still there are non HD features with that too as stated above.
There are plenty of ST subs with pre interactive IRDs out there.
No longer doing DBS work, but missing every moment of it.
