I'm looking forward to it. My wife, not so much. She lived that working life (before we got together). What happens on the show still angers her. That is what makes it a good show because they seem to have emotionally captured is how it was. The characters really aren't really caricatures.

While I still have a season set to record, I got used to downloading each episode on demand to watch without commercials. As of this morning it's not listed -on demand-

I can't recall how quickly it used to appear after the Sunday night showing.
Does anyone know?
Many thanks

The first season, it was actually available to use the day before broadcast (but back then, we didn't even have AMC HD, so On Demand was the only way to watch in HD).

Well, unless I'm missing something it's not in HD on Directv and never was; on channel or on-demand. As of 11:30am EDT it's not listed on-demand. Does anyone have any idea when it might be expected. Thanks.

Wow, Joan has BLOWN up.

I'm sure Directv can't wait to get their hands on your unit.

Has she? I've always thought she was larger than was typically the case on television, for someone portraying the character she was portraying.

Yes, she was always larger than television typical, but to me, it looked like she gained 30 pounds since last season. Now, I watched it on a SD set in a hotel, so perhaps the pic was messed up, I'll have to check at home next week.

If you stop responding to them or put them on ignore, then eventually they'll go away.

There was one shot where she was turned to the side and I thought, ok maybe that's a really bulky dress. But I'm not willing to say she's blown up.

When I watch this show I still can't get over the fact that Vincent Kartheiser (Pete Campbell) played Connor, Angel's troubled son. The differences are so amazing and yet it's the same guy.
