I have had my DST-3000 for about years. Every thing was working great until about 3 months ago (Local, D* Standard content and D* HD Content). Since then I have had problems with different transceivers on all 3 sat. I thought it might be a dish problem and ended up getting a new dish (much better constructed then orig Sony Dish) But I am still having problems with getting decent signal strength on about half of the transceivers. I have good line of site, dish is plumb and level. Have tweaked and scanned the sky. Tried new cable and reset the receiver too many times. I am beginning to think either D* is having problems or my receiver needs to head to the shop or the trash can. Help!!!!

I think Directv is working on the transponders or something. My signal has sucked all month.

Thats what I was wondering. The only way I can understand the problems I have been having is my receiver got hit by lightening and that hasnt happened or its starting to go bad. Tks
