I don't know. They don't bother me at all, really. I guess I'm a more patient person. But I do hate how slow everything is an how occaisonally it just freezes or things start to show up one at a time when I page down. You know what my favorite thing about this receiver is? The HD part.

I don't think patience plays into the ad spam. Patience would have more to do with the speed of the guide, not something that doesn't belong.

I wonder how much faster the guide would be if it didn't have to load multiple colors from the spam?
