I just hope their is a Season 3 of Torchwood. I saw the Children Of the Earth mini-series. It was good. Then I saw John Barrowman say at comic-con video posted on YouTube that Torchwood returning was up in the air right now. I have my fingers crossed!
I knew Doctor Who WAS returning with the new doctor after David Tennants' run is though. I think it's set to start in 2010. There are 2 (I think) more specials of current Doctor Who set to air on BBC America.
Not WAS.. IS. They have been filming new Doctor Who episodes with Matt Smith as the new doctor. There are photos and the like out on the interwebs. While I will watch the new Doctor Who, I will miss David Tennant. I loved him as the Doctor (much better than Chris Eccelston). There are more David Tennant Doctor Who specials coming up, with...
Inside: HR20(2), H20-100(1), Sony SAT-T60(1), Sony Bravia 55" LCD HDTV, Onkyo Receiver with HDMI Switching, Wii

Then the next series kicks into gear with a new logo and everything come March/April timeframe.
Meanwhile, no word on more Torchwood... but that's not entirely surprising. The key thing is most of the principals involved want to do it, so it'll be no problem rounding up the gang to do another Torchwood series if the BBC goes for it.

I believe they would say "bloody brilliant".
