just wondering if comcast wont carry philly then why are the cubs/philly games blacked out?

Are you refering to the lack of CSN Philly on DirecTV? The inital part of your post is confusing.

The second part isn't confusing, the opposing team's broadcast is ALWAYS blacked out in the home team's market, regardless of provider and regardless of carriage contracts as this is a league policy and applies to the NBA, NHL, and MLB. Example, if you live in the Phillies home TV market, the Cubs feed on CSN Chicago and the feed of every other opponent regardless if the Phillies are playing at home or not, will be blacked out.

Dish Network (February 2002-August 2005)
Mediacom (August 2005-1/27/07)
DirecTV (1/27-07 - 4/14)

Dish Network (4/14 - ??)  Hopper, Super Joey, and two Joey receivers.

Tricked? I looked up Kutztown (19530) and used it on the DirecTV link for EI and it shows Nats MASN feed as available but not the Braves feed tonight and shows that you get bot the Reds and Phillies feeds for that game. Also shows Orioles on MASN available to you as well.

I think you are in O's, Nats territory. In Kutztown? How odd.

Also there does not seem to be much room in the 600's for all the missing RSN's. CSN Philly will need 2. SD 4 1. CSN NW 1 or 2? COX sports Huston 1. CSS 1.

I want CLTV / CLTV HD on direct tv.

No room? there's plenty of room. Here's missing 600's channels, with proposed placement:

670 CSN Philly
674 Comcast Network Philly
685 CSN Northwest
689 CSS
690 Cox Sports New Orleans
691 4SD

Also 622 could be used since there's no such thing as "Fox Soccer Plus alternate".

maybe tricked is the wrong term, but i cant imagine why the o's and nats are my hometeam? unless its from adding sportspack first, and ultimately not even having a rsn in the sportspack? i dont know how or why, but it works. i wonder why the capitals are not my regional hockey team?

I don't think WPSG 57.1 carries Phillies game OTA anymore.. WPHL 17.1 does.

But Comcast Network Philly is used as CSN + and comcast may only let D* get CSN / CSN + and the over flows are to be right next to the main channel for all the other CSN's.

And Comcast Network Philly is not really a sports channel but comcast puts over flows games on it and uses that to keep csn + over flows in Philly off of some area cable systems / bills them a high price for it.

Like CLTV was / still used for sports over flow but CLTV was comcast only for along time but all other systems got the over flow feed and CSN + HD as at mojo HD now csn + hd just has looping help videos on it when off air with of last use CSN + 2 useing the SD looping help video slot.

Also there is a Comcast Network Chicago that does show some sports but not any CSN stuff and it's sd only right now.

but if Comcast Network Philly is added what about about the Chicago one local range? sports range?

What if CLTV HD shows up in the CSN + HD slot on comcast and directv adds CLTV where does it go locals? sports?
I want CLTV / CLTV HD on direct tv.
