when dick ebersol renames VS in 90 days, i expect that to include all CSN's and when that happens, thats when NBC sports Philly will be released. Not sure if that will be the new name, but based off of watching todays press conference, I think the CSN name will be no more

What will you name CSN-Philly, which has the Phillies as a significant minority owner?

I really wish you to include a disclaimer like "I suppose.." or "In my opinion"

Sorry, but you've yet to be correct on anything related to CSN-Philadelphia.

I'll clarify my opinion, i stated in the original post I expect, key word I. Everything is starting to come together in my opnion.

Now will that happen to all the CSN's based on who else has stake in the other RSN, only time will tell what actually happens.

I think NBC is finally now trying to do something I never seen and thats have RSN's

this reminds me of FOX in mid 90s, when they got the NFL and then alot of markets all of a sudden had fox sports net, and other channels, fx, etc.

NBC looks like its doing the same now.

So...NBC is doing something you've never seen it before, but you remember Fox doing it?
If you stop responding to them or put them on ignore, then eventually they'll go away.

That's weird.

I was forced to watch a bad internet feed.

Oh, wait. you're talking about an HD channel. Maybe different rules apply?

Why wouldn't you say the city of Philadelphia? The county and city are the same, aren't they?

Yes, but people outside the region would have no idea what you are talking about. Heck, a lot of people IN the region would not know what you are talking about since the Philadelphia County is a non-entity. There is no county government.

Just trying to be helpful. When you say something to someone, the idea is to communicate something, not just to make noises with your mouth. So, using terms that the other people understand is a big key to communication.

If someone told to meet them in Kings County, New York, would you know they meant Brooklyn? Most people would not as very few outside New York know that they are the same.
