Mega March Madness: Incorrect blackouts!

My Mom setup the Duke game to record, since she was not going to be home. She was very upset when she got home to discover that it was "blacked out"!!!!

She paid $70 so she could watch the game in it's entirety and instead didn't get to see it at all! What a waste of money. She won't be buying Mega March Madness next year!

That's moot, because in the aforementioned case, the user wasn't home. The DVR wouldn't turn to that channel on its own.

I thought Game Search worked anyway.

It does, but it only pops up a result that it found the game elsewhere. If one isn't home to select "OK" and tune to that found channel, then it's moot. The user wasn't home; therefore, she missed the recording altogether.
