Does anyone know why Sattellite Direct shows Lifetime movies as being HD? They've done this for over a year now.

Sattellite Direct??? I think you mean DirecTV.

The company that does the guide data (Tribune Media, not related to DirecTV) probably threw in the HD logo by mistake.

Lifetime is broadcast in HD, I would assume the Sat Diraect, like DirecTV, does not carry the HD version yet.

Probably just getting the data from the wrong channel (SD versus HD). My HD Tivo shows the Washington major network locals with HD programming all the time but Comcast here only delivers HD for Baltimore locals and two PBS stations out of Washington. I think it is funny.

When I was a kid, my Grandma would always buy the "fall preview" TV Guide. I used to love reading about the new shows, knowing absolutely nothing about the fall season.. Ah memories.

Just because DirecTV doesn't Have Lifetime in HD doesn't mean that Lifetime isn't in HD. Many other providers already carry Lifetime in HD. Dish Network is one of them.
