There are many threads here concerning RV setups.
Basically, your customer needs a dish and a receiver.
We here would need more info about particular customer needs.
DirecTV since '96, Waivers for ABC, CBS, NBC, & Fox, HR23-700 & HR24-500/AM21, using ethernet based MRV.

Too many variables.
Need an idea re dish/lnb used : receiver(model/sd/hd) : dish alignment aid ( meter/ receiver /SWM?).

Nothing to "fit all"

Where is "your market"? If you're in an area that requires MPEG4 to receive local channels, then you can't get by with just receiving the 101º satellite, you'll need 99 & 103º, too.

You might want to refer them to the installation instructions and videos available here ....

Encourage them to practice at home before heading out in the RV. This can be a tricky dish to align if they've never done one before.
HD DVRs: HR34-700; HR24-500; (2) HR20-700 + WD eSATA 1TB drive/Antec MX1 case; HR21-700; HR21-200 w/AM21
Receivers: H25-500 HD Receiver; H21-100 HD Receiver

If he only cares for National channels, and he's not an HD customer, then the 18" round single-LNB dish is the way to go. Smaller, and much easier to aim/align.
