Change channel search singal

When I change the channel from 1 HD to another HD it searches erro 771for channel for a 2 or 3 seconds then comes in. ALso when I power up does same thing not sure if BBC are going bad, cable, or receiver..

on 101 high 90's 103 and 99 low 90's to mid 90's

Are the signal strengths the same for Tuner 1 and Tuner 2 on 99/103?

I checked yesterday and they seemed the same I will have to double check tonight.
