I missed this story as well until just seeing it here. Sad to hear of this.

Being from the bay area I had the privelegr of seeing manute during his warriors days here. He was a remarkable man.

If anyone cares to listen, I imagine the afternoon drive show on KNBR radio tomorrow will be full of Manute talk. The cohost of that show, Tom tolbert was a teammate of Manute, so I'm sure there will be talk of him. It's AM 680 in the SF bay area, but can be heard online as well. I think Tolerts show is 2:00 - 7:00 PM pacific time.
