All my boxes (4) suddenly restarted at 4:45PM EDST. Weather is fine, power is fine (all on UPS's including SWiM power). Anyone else?

Sounds like a hard-drive going south. Question was "did all receivers reboot at 4:45PM edst." ;)

Why kill it, how about an answer as to why my HR22 has restarted itself 3 times since the day of the big rcvr problem, and thats not counting that issue.

Because that is off-topic for this thread. You can ask that question in a thread pertaining to that issue.

Missed the UPS reference...

The fact that they would ALL reboot at the same time, however, seems to support it was a system-wide event.

DirecTV was here and replaced the LNB this morning and my signals went from low 70's to high 90's. Maybe the receivers just got so used to low sig they had to reboot. :lol:

Yeah.....right..... :rolleyes::lol:

Then again....a bad LNB re-connection could trigger such an "system-wide event".

If it happens again...I'd call them right back out there...
