My installation was Saturday. I got the HR24's but doubt it was because I requested them. I had the CSR make a note to the installer that I was requesting the 24's but I don't think the installer ever saw that note. When they called the morning of the install I had them verify with the installer he had 24's on the truck and they were part of my install.

The installer told me since I was the first install of the day I was almost certain to get 24's considering my order. Later installs were probably not that fortunate. He said he had the ability to get what I wanted but never saw anything related to my request.

Regardless, the install went fine. It was pretty easy since he used existing wiring and only had to run 1 new cable. Turns out he had a bad LNB and had to replace it but once that was done everything worked great.
