...Sorry just can't see adding fulltime RSN's in HD. Only time one needs HD is during gametime.

What games? Pro only? What about high school? College? Full time RSNs isn't just for pro games. There's pre/post game shows, weekly/daily coaches shows, etc.
If you stop responding to them or put them on ignore, then eventually they'll go away.

Would be nice to for some of us to acutally "see" the channel in action before we deadpan it, as opposed to the great OAR of Showtime with some of their great movies like uh... "The Spirit".;)

...then go "see" it. You take your films how you wish, I'll take mine how I wish...you know...the whole film...not just parts of it.

Yeah, we can see great Epix titles like uh... Son of Rambo, Road House, Drilbit Taylor, or The Love Guru. Great huh?

Style Network

Now if some of those aren't in HD yet, I apologized in advance because I didn't look at the updated list of available HD feeds before I wrote this.

Cooking channel has shows from 2003:eek2:

There are many other exclusive you conveniently left out, like Iron Man, etc.

But I'd love to check out The Love Guru, and it's not being shown on any other channel.

Just a couple that I would care about Investigation Discovery for just one show and History International would be nice. Other than that any national HD is welcome!
All on SWMLine:
HR22-100 > HDMI > Samsung 4665 LCD [Networked]
HR20-100S > HDMI > Samsung 4665 LCD [Networked]
HR20-700 > HDMI > Insignia NS-LCD26-09 LCD [Networked]
HR21-100 > HDMI > Samsung 26B360 LCD [Networked]
Full Setup

And the OP left titles out, too. See how easy it is to spin the value of a channel? I picked featured titles right from the opening homepage of Epix.

But I'd love to check out The Love Guru, and it's not being shown on any other channel.

I'm morally opposed to renting since I have the Premiere package.

Also Epix will be showing Shrink, the new Kevin Spacey movie which is supposed to be very good.

You never rent movies? Guess you'll never see Shrink, which wasn't very good or new (February 2009, Summer 09 in USA) BTW, or The Love Guru. Well, you might see Guru, it was on Starz or Sowtime before, I think.

As long as it wouldn't raise the price of your programming, Epix would be a good add.
It would be less valuable to those who subscribe to Premier or a movie channel package.

Would love to see Direct get on the ball and add these. Seems clear that Dish is going to stay on the cutting edge with prem. programming instead of Sports. Entire list seems pretty good. Sorry just can't see adding fulltime RSN's in HD. Only time one needs HD is during gametime.

Sorry, but, those Game-only RSN's do not have all the HD games.

FSN Florida had the local games in HD but not the national Foxsports games (e.g. Pac-10 Football).

The remaining Cinemax & HBO channels and the lone Showtime channels Flix & SHo Family
as a premium based subscriber yeah..I want these
I am only basing what is at this precise moment in time in HD and wont unwrap a ball of yarn crying for the Encore channels not beaming in HD yet. Let alone any channel not beaming in HD either.

As a Sports Pack subscriber I want the Fox Soccer Channels..Looking forward to when GOL-TV gets their act together..

then come the basics..in order of my importance
BBC / G4 / Nat Geo Wild / TCM / IFC / AMC / does Sundance exist in HD ?

As for locals in the NYC area..D* please add the ION tv affiliate which does Broadcast in 720p..Ch31 WPXN and CH47 the local Telemundo channel also.

FSC and FSC+ for me!!! It would be good for D as the would be the 1st to have FSC+ in HD. Plus maybe having it in HD would draw more folks to this additionally priced channel as foxsoccer.com had so many issues during the big games last season.

My wife likes Lifetime Movie Channel. (Side comment, what a waste Lifetime 252 is in up-rezed HD).

Lifetime airs quite a bit of HD...
