All the Nashville HD locals disappeared for about 15 minutes on Sunday afternoon. 103(s) showed 0 strength on all transponders. Then the four transponders normally in the 90s slowly built back after about 15 minutes. 103(ca) and 103(cb) were unaffected and all transponders stayed in the 90s.

I immediately checked here but it was not being discussed. So it must have been an event unique to Nashville, huh?

I live approximately 70 miles south of St. Louis, Missouri and last night around 11:30pm my HD locals were fading in and out. This happened for about an hour and then they returned to normal.

I thought this was probably a problem locally but maybe it isn't.

I saw the same thing with no signal on 103s for about 15 minutes. We had storms in the area but my dish was pointing at blue sky. I checked here but did not see any posts so figured it might be storm related, possibly at the uplink in Castle Rock CO.

Here in the Mountain TZ we lost all (SD) local channels Sunday 7/4 late afternoon for about 15 minutes on both R15s @ 7000 ft without a cloud in the sky. Got the 771 error. Everything other than locals were fine.

Called DTV TS but while sittingl on hold after about 15 minutes everything returned.

Same thing happened a few weeks ago... it's getting annoying.

Here in eastern MD we lost the SD locals..7/4 mid PM......transponders 0, four different ones on the 101.

Came back in about fifteen minutes,,,,clear skies to the SW

Viewers are still asked to sit close to their receivers so we can correctly identify you in case we have to come and get you.

MGMT.

About a week or two ago the same thing happened to us. Turned the HR23-700 on in the evening and no HD locals, but had locals on an SD receiver in the bedroom.
Reset the HR23-700 and eventually had the HD locals. But then lost the SD locals on the bedroom unit. Reset and still no locals. Decided to check in the morning and when I did they were working. We had clear skies also.
No problem since.

Joe. Sounds like you are far enough up the shore to get out of WBOC's DMA reach. Lucky! Do you get your locals from Baltimore or DC?

I lost locals briefly Sunday evening in Indianapolis. I reset the system and they were back by the time it was up and running.

The Memphis locals went out for about 30-40 min. on the 5th. around 5:30p Central time. I was watching the NBC nightly news but checked all other locals and they were out too.

Phoenix locals went out last night (July 5th) right around 6:15pm until right before prime started at 7pm.

They were fuzzy and unwatchable. Dish was pointed at clear blue sky with no storms in sight.

Spot beam transponder #28 (for Alabama) went to zero for a while Sunday afternoon. Also transponder 26 was zero.

One or 2 others that I think aren't spot beams were 0, but I was trying to remember off the top of my head if they were/weren't spot beams so I'm not positive.

My mom's R22-100 randomly restarted then My R15-100 showed no signal (may be a tuner issue). I get my locals from Nashville. Don't recall any big glitches though.
