H24 - No Audio

I activated a new H24 receiver the other day. Activation fine, no issues. Yesterday I noticed I was not receiving my local sports channels on only this new receiver (628-NESN and 630-Comcast Sports) I called and they resent the programming to the receiver. Everything was fine for about 15 minutes. All of a sudden the receiver went out. No picture, no nothing, but the power was still on. I powered it down and as it started back up it went to some diagnostics screen I had never seen before (not the system test screen) it almost looked like the "blue screen of death." Well then it locked up again, so I powered down a second time. Then everything came back on, but I had no audio. Picture was fine, all channels coming in. I rebooted a 3rd time with the same result. I then went into the menu and ran the system check test. It gave me diagnostic error 40-816. Stating I had to call DTV because my dish was not aligned. Only issue with this is I don't receive this on any of my other 5 receivers. And my signal strengths are 95+. Any thoughts?

Try swapping this unit with one that does work. This can rule out the receiver if it starts working. This could be a multiswitch problem.
