I was a new customer in January, and they didn't take the discounts off this month (bill date 7/19).

I just checked today, and I have my $26 credited back to my account (which is correct).

I have automatic payments. So I basically gave DirecTv a $26 loan for a month. I am not thrilled, but at least it was corrected.

I also just received an automated phone call apologizing for the issue and saying that my credits have gone through.

I also got the phone call saying my account was credited and I would see it on my next bill. I checked my account online and it is there. That wasn't too bad I guess...
