We started getting numerous pixations and freeze-ups on our HR21-100. Also had MRV installed several weeks ago and am wondering if this is a problem. My question is; the input from the Deca should go to what input on the HDDVR box - input # 1 Or 2? Thanks

Input 1. The hard drive may be going south, call D* and they will help you test it.

If this is happening without respect to weather, and your signal levels are good, then it's likely to be the HR21-100. Call D* and they will take you through trouble-shooting procedures which could lead to the box being replaced. You don't mention if you have an external drive (eSATA). If you do, unplug it after powering down the receiver and see if the sat box acts the same way without the eSATA. If it does, the external drive could be failing.
