If not why my TV just Restart?

Which DVR is connected to that TV?
DirecTV since '96, Waivers for ABC, CBS, NBC, & Fox, HR23-700 & HR24-500/AM21, using ethernet based MRV.

Very likely this is something to do with power .. either it's localized to the power around the TV/DVR or it was the whole house.
