I've been lurking on here for a few weeks and finally decided to take the plunge. Went through the Costco link ($180 gift card from Costco after activation) and got the "standard" deal. Opted for the 2nd HD-DVR, one more HD receiver and one SD receiver.

Got lucky (since I didn't make any special requests) and both HDDVRs are HR24s! Woot! :)

Since the system is new I haven't gotten to tinker with it much yet, but I have tested the DVR sharing and it's working great.

The installer did a really nice job and even spent the time to peak the dish across all 3 sats.

I look forward to coming here with any questions that happen to pop up and reading the (mostly) insightful posts!

-Chris

Welcome as a poster!

Ask anything, someone can help. ;)
If you stop responding to them or put them on ignore, then eventually they'll go away.
