Sorry for a question that has probably been asked a millions times, but seeing as though I now have 5 PPV COUPONS, I was just wondering if PPV movies can be permanently saved on my DVR?

Permanantly until you watch it. Then 24 hours later...poof.
Hint: when you watch it, record it to a DVD recorder at the same time.

Tivo Premier XL4, Tivo Premier, Tivo HD whole home on Xfinity HD, DirecTv Whole Home with 39" high gain KaKu dish, Roku3,SageTv 8 TB Win8 Server -> DVDO Edge-> Denon AVR, Klipsch KB15's/Panasonic 55ST60 plasma"

No -
You can record them, and then they are usually limited in how long you can store them - then, once you play them - they can go away in 24 hours.

Movies on premiums / regular channels aren't under the same restrictions generally.
You CAN put antennas on your owned and/or controlled property...

Hmm. Well, that's not too bad. As long as I don't have to watch it within a a few days.

It depends.

The "Limited duration" ones say when you purchase that they are only good for 24 hours once you start playback, or expire unwatched after a couple of months.

There are other PPV movies, though, that don't have an expiration. I haven't tried in a while... but you used to be able to keep those even after watching them.

Daybreakers (a vampire film) is good IMHO. Interesting "cure" for vampirism is explored in the film.
