Am i required to submit any rebates to receive promo prices if signing up through AAA? When I go to the Rebates submission web page it says "You are not eligible of any rebates", although I feel certain the sales person told me I would need to submit them.

No rebates to submit. You should see a special AAA $10 monthly credit on your first 20 bills.

They also make you pay a $21 equipment delivery charge though.

It showed up as a refer a friend discount on my bill for ten bucks. Lets just hope mine lasts for 20 months though. So it may show up as a refer a friend discount. Don't get worried about that though.

You can't get both discounts. You either get the friends discount for 10 months, or the AAA discount for 20 months. You also have to call in to a speciall 800 number for the AAA offer.
