Ok got the final reply from D* (final because I just wanted a bit of honesty from them and an admission that they were wrong). I didnt want extra credits I just wanted them to acknowledge that they made a mistake (with myself and maybe many others) and rectify it properly but they were to busy throwing carrots to realize they weren't satisfying the customer.

That is exactly what tees me off about them. They come across as clueless as to the base issue, and get all hung up in trivia.

It could well be that they are just protecting themselves legally, but refusing to admit in writing that there are real problems.
