My DMA is South Bend,IN. Dish resently added OTA guide info for WCWW 25.2. This is for the THIS network. The problem is that it shows the info for 25.1. Hopefully one of the mods can use their contact to fix this problem as I have very poor luck talking to dish in the past.

THiS is only one of the channels that my Dish EPG shows wrong, or does not show.

I get THiS OTA on 45.2. The EPG identifies it as THiS, but only shows "Digital Service" on it.

It also shows 9.2 (Fox) as a mirror of 29.1 (MyTV), instead of the mirror of 9.0 that it is. And it shows 2.3 as "Digital Service" instead of being a mirror of 17.0.
Dish Network VIP722k - Gold 250 + HD/Platinum
110,119, and 129 on Dish 1000.2
Dynex (BestBuy) 42" HDTV, Onkyo TX-SR303 Receiver

The OTA guide data is missing on a couple of channels in the Birmingham AL area.

WBIQ PBS
10-2
IQ
shows PBS programming (10-1) in guide
instead of PBS IQ programming.

WCFT ABC
33-1
Shows Digital service in guide instead of programming info.

I posted on 11/13 about guide issues. Thank You to whomever fixed at least one of the problems.

The OTA guide data is still missing or incorrect on a couple of channels in the Birmingham AL area.

WCFT ABC
33-1
Shows Digital service in guide instead of programming info.

WTTO The Country Network (TCN)
21-02
Shows programming for 21-1 (CW)

WBIQ PBS 10-2 IQ FIXED
FIXED - Now shows correct programming

I get 2 OTA feeds of the same PBS station WNEO Alliance / WEAO Akron. It's 100% the same, it serves 2 DMA's. Anyway like most PBS stations they have many subchannels. The guide data for WNEO incorrectly lists the same programs on 45.2 as the main feed on 45.1, while on the other feed WEAO's 49.2 has the correct guide data.

(Trivia: the COL for WNEO, Alliance Ohio is located inside the Cleveland DMA, yet the actual signal of that station serves the Youngstown DMA, WEAO Akron is also in the Cleveland DMA and serves as the Cleveland DMA's second PBS station. The actual originating studio for WNEO/WEAO is Kent State University in Kent, OH also in the Cleveland DMA).

The OTA guide has an issue in my area as well. (Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN)

Channel 9.2 (KMSP) is diplaying information for 29.2 (WFTC) and
29.2 is showing the information for 9.2. So the two are reversed.

Please fix. Thanks!

Also, no info for 23.3 (Country) and 45.2 (THiS). :(

Yes, please fix it.

I appealed to Matt from the Dish internet response team to try and find the proper department and/or person(s) who can remedy OTA guide data issues. See the "Antenna TV" thread in the General Forum (not the same Antenna TV thread found in this forum).
