We have a 722 and a 322.
Looking to replace the 322 with another HD receiver (no DVR) and have it placed where TV2 is now.

Thinking it'll be $195 without maintenance plan
And, $115 with the plan.
Right now we do not have the plan but it is $6/mo and then to cancel is $25, correct?

Sound about right?

If they require a truck roll to do the swap, then the service call is $95 or $15 depending on whether you have the maintenance plan.

How much the receiver swap itself may cost varies from zero up. I just did a swap of a 625 for a Vip612 and a switch to EA dish and the total cost was $15 for the service call, no charge for the 612 itself.

Sounds right. But why not buy a 211k for around $85, unhook the 322, hook the 211k up and be done with it?

umm, the 211k is a solo; we are looking for a duo as I tried to bring out in my thread start.

Still 2 TVs as in the 322.

The Duo would be the 222k ... same price as a 322 on the account per month ($10 if not your first receiver).

Getting one will likely be more expensive than the 211 suggested ... the price from DISH will vary so the best answer is to call them and ask. The price via a retailer can be found by asking a retailer directly.

It wasn't clear the OP wanted a duo to replace the 322. Anyway, the 222k as James suggests can be purchased for $95 or less.

OK, all my equipment is rented from *E.
Where do I get this unit and no hassle with getting the signal to the 'new' TV2?

Thanx in advance!

If you're adding the service plan, the install is waived.

Correct ... both receivers (the 322 or the 222) are the same price ... $14.
