Have a system that customer has complained about dropping a couple channels kind of at random (she believes). I believe it is most likely a case of bad communication between the station and DirecTv as my signal strength is 99 & 95 on the 2 transponders of the offending channels. I am just trying to make sure that I'm not missing anything as the customer is quite demanding.

System config:
SWM16 multiswitch and 2 1x8 SWM Splitters.

(6)HR22-XXX(not sure right now) -> (3) on one splitter & (3) on the other

Sig Strength is as follows:
101
1-8 95 96 95 0 95 98 95 98
9-16 95 96 95 79 95 99 95 98
