audio issues still

Is there any update on when Direct thinks they will fix the Audio issues with espn, nfl, most hd channels? Just wondering is anyone heard anything yet.

It's only been 13 months, you need to give them time :lol:

Don't look for them to cough the money anytime soon because some people that call are still getting the old "We don't have any history of that problem"

Ellen's office called it "An occasional dropout" last month when I talked to them. :rolleyes:

I also got the impression they could care less if the people with this problem leave for another service. Almost like they aren't going to mess with it because it doesn't affect everybody.......
