Sony Movie Channel HD?

I subscribe to the HD Pak and I receive 7 out of 8 channels. The Sony HD gives me the (721) message. I have rebooted several times. Does this channel require an extra fee?

Try refreshing your service through the Directv website. If this does not work, call Directv and have a CSR refresh your service.

I called Directv and they did a refresh and the Sony HD has reappeared on my tv.
